Yoga
Yoga is a state and the practice that guides one to that state.
Guiding yoga means trying to transmit with respect and humility this practice marked by tradition and (r)evolution.
My intention is to allow us to become more aware of the living within us and around us, of the body-heart-mind connection, to achieve more freedom of being-in-the-world in movement.
My teaching:
My transmission goal is to allow everyone to re-appropriate their body and their movement in space, to gradually become autonomous as they explore the practice. Connect with yourself to better connect with what surrounds us.
My classes are a mix of different yoga and other movement techniques, however here is a definition of the different styles of yoga that I draw inspiration from:
Hatha Yoga : gentle and intense postural yoga which allows you to develop strength and grounding, awareness of your sensations in the postures.
Vinyasa Yoga : yoga that allows you to experience the connection between movement and breathing. The postures follow one another to improve mobility, balance and confidence.
Yin Yoga : yoga that allows the body and mind to abandon themselves in the present moment through the effect of gravity and stillness, and to relax the soft tissues of the body.

5 lessons : 350€ for 1h, 500€ for 1h30
Up to 5 participants, price to be shared. Possibility to define together a program of several sessions with a specific objective (package price).
Classes take place at home or outdoors in Paris.
